Este CD se publicó únicamente en Japón con motivo de la Expo 2005 de Aichi. Eric Clapton actuó como director musical del evento y contribuyó con la canción principal de la Expo. El tema también se incluyó en su álbum en solitario Back Home (publicado el 30 de agosto de 2005). Otros artistas del disco fueron The Corrs, Yo Yo Ma, Sarah Brightman, Josh Groban, Olivia Newton John, Loreena McKinnit, Ziggy Marley y Janis Ian, entre otros.
